Enjoy 24 flavors of soft-serve in addition to vanilla, twist & chocolate plus 8 flavors Giffords hard scoop ice cream! The Ice Cream Shoppe offers many different toppings & ice cream options plus Dippin’ Dots candy and Slush Puppies! Our Arcade is located in our Ice Cream Shoppe!

R&B is a family run business & our goal is to provide fun and entertainment to everyone.

Whether you come alone, with your family & friends or a group, R&B is sure to provide something to do for all.
We are conveniently located just off of route 8 North in Winsted, Connecticut. We have ample parking with easy accessibility to our building. Come enjoy ice cream in our climate controlled facility or have a cup of coffee. R&B offers a wide variety of ice creams, hard & soft, and plenty of toppings! We also have coffee for sale.
We specialize in birthday parties for all ages. We can put together packages and group rates to fit your needs, or choose from one of our pre-fixed party packages.
Corporate functions, church/school groups, summer camps...you name it, we cater to all and are sure to give you a day or night to remember
